REACH POLICY STATEMENT FOR REPCO SALES COMPANY

On June 1, 2007 the European REACH Regulation entered into force.
The purpose of this regulation is to ensure a high level of protection of human health and the environment,
including the promotion of alternative methods for assesment of hazards of substances, as well as the free
circulation of substances in the internal market while enhancing competitiveness and innovation


Repco, as a distributor of ferrite cores and related bobbins and hardware, endeavors to fully comply with the aim
and spirit of the REACH regulation.
It is Repco’s intention to follow the guidelines provided by the Federation of Electronic Components and Systems
of ZVEI for producers of the materials Repco sells.


That being said, Repco is not a manufacturer of these products and so relies on the certification of each manufacturer
for which it distributes, that the material sold by Repco Sales does not contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC*)
and said guarantee is available for inspection upon request.

*Repco Sales Co. warrants that all products made from soft ferrites as supplied by Repco Sales Co. do not contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) as stated in ANNEX XIV (Candidate List) Directive 1907/2006/EC of the European Parliment and the Council of 18th December 2006.
